Scope

Standardization of maximum or guideline levels for contaminants (including environmental contaminants) and naturally occurring toxicants in food and feed (in cases where the contaminant in feed can be transferred to food of animal origin and can be relevant for public health), in particular specifications, codes of practice, guidelines, methods of sampling and test.
